These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Afrikut, available at https://afrikut.com.
By using the website, downloading free images or purchasing paid packs, you agree to these Terms.
Afrikut is an African cut-out image library created to improve diversity in architectural representation. The website includes free educational resources and paid downloadable image packs.
The website is operated by:
Issaka Mounkaïla
Niamey, Niger
Contact: contact@afrikut.com
You agree to use Afrikut only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the website, other users, contributors or the people represented in the images.
You must not:
Free images are provided primarily for educational, academic and non-commercial architectural use. Commercial use of free images is not allowed unless Afrikut gives written permission and all required rights, releases or permissions have been obtained.
The free image license is explained on the License page. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the License page, the License page controls image-use rights.
Paid packs are digital products. After purchase, you receive access to downloadable files, usually compressed as archive files such as RAR or ZIP.
Unless otherwise stated, a paid-pack license is valid for one company or organization and includes lifetime use under the License page terms. Commercial architectural visualization use is allowed. Redistribution, resale, sharing or sublicensing of the original files is forbidden.
You are responsible for keeping a backup of your purchased files after download.
Prices are displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Payment is processed outside Afrikut through Chariow or another external payment provider linked from the product page.
Afrikut does not store full payment card details on its own servers.
Taxes, fees or currency conversion charges may apply depending on your location and payment provider.
Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy.
Because paid packs are digital files, refunds are generally not provided after access has been delivered or files have been downloaded, except for duplicate purchases, incorrect charges, broken or corrupt files that cannot be replaced, inaccessible downloads, materially different files, or where a refund is required by law.
The website, logo, page content, product descriptions and downloadable files are protected by copyright and other rights.
No ownership of Afrikut content is transferred to you. You receive only the usage rights described in the applicable license.
If you send images, files, suggestions or other material to Afrikut, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that their use by Afrikut will not violate third-party rights.
Afrikut may review, edit, accept or refuse contributions at its discretion.
Afrikut tries to keep the website available and functional, but the website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues or technical problems.
Afrikut may update, remove or replace content at any time.
Afrikut content is provided as-is. Users are responsible for deciding whether an image is appropriate for their project and for obtaining any additional permissions required for their specific use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afrikut is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or files.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Niger, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
Afrikut may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
