Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased on Afrikut.

Digital Products

Afrikut sells downloadable digital image packs. Once access to a digital product has been provided or files have been downloaded, refunds are generally not provided because the product cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under your local law.

Eligible Refund Requests

Afrikut may approve a refund when:

  • you purchased the same product twice by mistake;
  • you were charged incorrectly;
  • the download link does not work and Afrikut cannot provide a working file;
  • the delivered file is materially different from the product description;
  • the archive is corrupted and Afrikut cannot provide a replacement;
  • a refund is required by applicable law.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are usually not provided when:

  • the product has already been delivered or downloaded and works as described;
  • you changed your mind after receiving access;
  • you purchased the wrong product but already downloaded it;
  • your software cannot open the file because of local setup issues;
  • you expected rights that are not included in the License page or product description.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact: contact@afrikut.com.

Please include:

  • your name;
  • purchase email;
  • order number or receipt;
  • product name;
  • reason for the refund request;
  • screenshots or error messages if the issue is technical.

Refund requests should be sent as soon as possible after purchase.

Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.
